• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• One person, one account - multiple accounts are not permitted
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

To maintain a healthy community, users must:

• Be respectful - Treat others with dignity. Harassment, hate speech, and personal attacks are not tolerated.
• Be authentic - Do not impersonate others, spread misinformation, or engage in spam.
• Follow community rules - Each community may have additional rules set by moderators.
• Respect intellectual property - Do not post copyrighted content without permission.
• No illegal content - Content that violates local or international law is prohibited.

You retain ownership of content you create on Chautari. By posting, you grant Chautari a non-exclusive license to display and distribute your content within the platform.

Content that is explicitly prohibited:

• Sexually explicit content involving minors
• Content that promotes violence or terrorism
• Doxxing or sharing private information without consent
• Spam, scams, and deceptive practices
• Vote manipulation or artificial engagement

Chautari reserves the right to:

• Remove content that violates these terms or community guidelines
• Suspend or ban accounts that repeatedly violate rules
• Cooperate with law enforcement when required by law

Moderators are community volunteers who help enforce guidelines within their communities. Disputes can be escalated to Chautari admins.

Chautari is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not responsible for user-generated content. We do our best to keep the platform safe and available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
